I believe dentistry provides a real opportunity to help people, and in some cases, change and improve their lives. I get a feeling of satisfaction when I can say I made someone's life better. I have enjoyed growing with my patients and developing long-term relationships with them.

Education

I attended Carroll College in Helena, Montana, for my undergraduate degree and continued on to Oregon Health and Science University Dental School to receive my Doctorate of Medical Dentistry. I have been fortunate enough to have spent the last 22 years at the Beaverton Dental Center.

I routinely participate in continuing education courses and seminars through the many professional associations I belong to.

Outside the Office

I was born in Milwaukee, WI, and have lived in southwest Portland for the past 40 years. My wife, Nancy, and I have been married for 17 years. We have two children, Robert and Catherine. In my free time I enjoy gardening, photography, and cooking.
