I believe dentistry provides a real opportunity to help people, and in some cases, change and improve their lives. I get a feeling of satisfaction when I can say I made someone’s life better. I have enjoyed growing with my patients and developing long-term relationships with them.
Education and Continuing Education
I attended Jesuit High School in Portland, then went to Carroll College in Helena, Montana, for my undergraduate degree. I continued my training at Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry to receive my Doctorate of Medical Dentistry. I have been fortunate enough to practice at Beaverton Dental Center since 1987.
I routinely participate in continuing education courses and seminars through the many professional associations I belong to.
- American Dental Association
- Oregon Dental Association
- Washington County Dental Society
Outside the Office
I was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and have lived in southwest Portland for more than 40 years. My wife Nancy and I have two children, Robert and Catherine. In my free time I enjoy gardening, photography, and cooking.
